All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. 

The delivery time may vary depending on the destination zip code and location. Please note that due to sale volume, your order can take up to 3 business days to process before it ships.

We will email you once your order has shipped.

For security reasons, all Canvas & Hyde purchases require a signature upon delivery. All orders are delivered by FedEx. If you are unavailable to sign for your package, the driver will leave a door tag on your door, informing you of the delivery attempt. The driver will make a total of three delivery attempts on three consecutive business days. If you are still unavailable to sign for your package, the package will be returned to sender.

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept your return within 14 days from the date of receipt. A refund of the purchase price, less shipping costs, will be issued provided the returned merchandise is in its original, resalable condition, with the appropriate return slip included.

Please email customerservice@canvasandhyde.com to receive a return slip, which must be included in the return package.

We recommend shipping returned merchandise through UPS, Fed Ex or by Registered Mail, for tracking purposes. Please be sure to request adequate insurance to cover the return shipment, as Canvas & Hyde will not assume responsibility in the event that return packages are lost, stolen or damaged.

Merchandise returned to Canvas & Hyde will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt. A confirmation email will be sent once your account has been credited.

Refunds may only be issued to the form of payment that was utilized for the purchase. For credit cards we will reimburse the card used.

Please note the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
